The Workout and Eating Well
So, I have been seriously wanting to get exercising and start to eat healthier. Well, I started doing it about 20 days ago and I am down 8 lbs. I am exercising almost every day and eating really well. I have my wife to think for the good food that she is cooking for me. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs and I am currenlty at 208 lbs.
